Myles Goodwyn wrote most of his songs for April Wine on the acoustic guitar. He would then translate the original acoustic versions to fit the format of electric guitars and Marshall amplifiers…the signature sound of April Wine.

After selling millions of albums worldwide, 11 Juno Award nominations and an induction to the Canadian Music Industry Hall of Fame, Myles will be coming to East Park to perform a series of songs that were written for April Wine, the way they were originally created…acoustically.

The show will be a musical journey filled with conversations, laughs, stories, antidotes and even a few tears while the event raises awareness, collects canned goods and generates a portion of the profits from the event to the Business Cares Food Drive supporting The London and Area Food Bank.

Join Myles Goodwyn and special guests Jim Henman and Paul Issan as they perform some of April Wine’s biggest hits including Fast Train, You Won’t Dance With Me, You Could Have Been A Lady, I’m On Fire For You Baby, Bad Side Of The Moon, Enough Is Enough, Say Hello, I Wouldn’t Want To Lose Your Love, Sign Of The Gypsy Queen, Lady Run Lady Hide, Tonight’s A Wonderful Night To Fall In Love and Just Between You And Me.

Gates will open at 5pm and will start with local supporting artists with Lucy Morgan and John Fellner performing their new releases at 6pm. This licensed 19+ adults only event will be held rain or shine and no refunds will be offered in the event of inclement weather.
