Canada’s Summer Kick Off Concert is Bluewater BorderFest, as one of the largest three day music festivals in Ontario is set for the first weekend of summer, June 22,23, 24, 2023 at Sarnia’s Centennial Park.
This years artist line up features a mix of Canadian and American artists and bands, with some of the worlds top performers: Daughtry, Justin Moore and City and Colour who will each headline one of the nights. Each night additionally includes a mix of high-energy support artists, bands and local musicians joining in celebrating Sarnia-Lambton’s unique position as a border city, bringing Canadians and Americans together for what has grown into one of the largest annual music festivals in the Ontario.
Since 2017, the concert events produced by Bluewater BorderFest have generated millions of dollars in economic impact for Sarnia-Lambton, as Bluewater BorderFest is a key annual economic and tourism destination driver for Southwestern Ontario. For 2023, Bluewater BorderFest is excited to extend our reach throughout Ontario, and into the neighboring United States, as we welcome back all Americans and Canadians to rediscover Ontario, while attending Canada’s Summer Kick Off Concert, Bluewater BorderFest. “Our Bluewater BorderFest organizing committee is proud to be a not for profit committee dedicated to supporting the region in all ways possible. The committee takes pride in producing a world class entertainment experience for thousands of fans and visitors, while generating hundreds of thousands of dollars in economic spinoffs for Sarnia-Lambton businesses and community organizations.” explained Brian McNair, Chair of Bluewater BorderFest. “We strive to be unique by bringing new bands to the region that have not played in the area in decades, and some have never played in our market before, while also being one of the most inclusive and affordable music festivals in Canada.
Tickets for each night of the event range from $74.99 to $99.99 plus tax and fees. Multi-day discounts are also provided with 2-day and 3-day ticket options. VIP tickets with front of the stage viewing and additional benefits are available in limited quantities, as they are expected to sell quickly, after selling out for all days in 2022.
