With an impressive record of attending 75 Tragically Hip concerts, the band members not only excel as professional musicians but also infuse their performances with electric energy and personal fandom. Their dedication has propelled Practically Hip to become Canada’s top Tragically Hip tribute, known for flawlessly capturing the original nuances and spirit of the performances. Lead vocalist Dean Hughes embodies Gord Downie’s essence, backed by a talented five-piece ensemble that delivers the signature Hip sound. With a rich history of major festivals and collaborations with renowned recording artists, Practically Hip continues to honor the legacy of Gord Downie and the Tragically Hip in a class of their own.

The Holy Gamblers straddle the essence of country music, embracing its contrasting themes of hard work and indulgence, tradition and innovation. Hailing from the Canadian prairies and converging in Toronto, their shared passion for country melodies and influences from legends like Willie Nelson and The Rolling Stones have birthed a distinct sound. This honky-tonk-meets-modernity fusion is characterized by intricate guitar layers, pedal steel, and rich harmonies, backed by an unwavering rhythm.
