Canada’s Official Boating Event of the Year is back!
And it’s still THE Largest Boat Show in North America! The 66th Annual Toronto International Boat Show returns to the Enercare Centre, January 19 – 28.
This year’s Boat Show has something for everyone, including:
• The world’s largest indoor lake for boating (and wakeboarding)!
• The largest selection of boats and new products under one roof!
• Visitors will find electric boats, surf sports, innovative inflatables and, of course, the latest boats from 5 feet to 43 feet, PLUS gear for every boater!
• The show’s manufacturers, retailers, services, and experts pack over a million sq.ft. of space at Exhibition Place.
• More than 400 expert seminars will be available, free to all visitors!
• No other show in Canada can boast the most product launches from the marine industry, the most comprehensive offering of educational resources for new boaters, and the most seminars and hands-on demonstrations for a wide array of boating interests and lifestyles!
• **NEW** Glow in the Dark boating on the world’s largest indoor lake for boaters.
• **NEW** The Traeger Grills Flavour Stage will feature cooking demonstrations, BBQ recipes, and sampling! Great for apres-boating, cottage weekends and even the backyard!
• The Indoor Wakeboard Canadian Championship takes over on Opening Weekend (Jan. 19 – 21) when the best riders from across the country converge to compete. Including reigning Canadian champions Riley Dillon (Men) and Kelsey Chiappa (Women).
• The World’s Largest Indoor Lake for boaters is BACK…transforming the Coca-Cola Coliseum’s ice rink with one million gallons of water!
• First Look Friday will open the show on Friday, January 19. Preview the Show ahead of the General Admission opening on Saturday. A portion of ticket admission that day will be donated to the show’s partner charities and tickets can be purchased in advance, or on-site at the box office.
• Over 400 seminars at 8 locations within the show – and all are FREE! Boating experts from around the world educate, inspire and entertain at the Toronto Boat Show, sharing their experience and expertise on everything from boating basics to spellbinding boating adventures.
• New Product Showcase: The latest and most innovative products – from eye-catching boats to handy new boating accessories – will be featured at individual exhibitor booths. Just look for the “New Product” balloon! If there is a new product on the market, one of the first places you’ll find it is at the Toronto International Boat Show.
• Ontario Sailing booth: Visitors can try virtual sailing, and learn about sailing programs for women, sustainable initiatives, and the newest in sail technology and sports including kiteboarding and windsurfing.
• Great Canadian Fish Tank: This 40-foot long aquarium is filled with 5,000 gallons of water and stocked with native Ontario marine life. Watch how fish react to different lures and techniques, learn step-by-step casting methods and hear the latest tips on how to catch “the big one”!
• Celebrate Antique and Vintage Boats: Canada’s rich boating history spans over 100 years and Ontario is home to an amazing array of antique mahogany launches, cedar strips, classic fibreglass runabouts and ski boats. Spend some time with the Antique and Classic Boat Society-Toronto to learn more about ACBS-Toronto and view several watercraft that tell the story
