Before you get too confused, the singer/guitarist’s name is Bobby Vylan. Backing him up is drummer Bobbie Vylan. As a band name, “Bob Vylan” is an appropriate compromise.
Both guys are from London and love to explore different elements of punk, grime, and hip-hop. Buzz in the UK has been intense with one magazine going as far as to call them “the most exciting and important punk band of 2022.”
Oh, and the kids providing background vocals for this standalone single song are Bobby’s nieces and nephews. If you like what you hear, there are three albums dating back to 2019.
