Rock bands from Italy are having a bit of a moment now thanks to the success of Eurovision winners Måneskin. Masseduction (not to be confused with the album by St. Vincent) came together in 2021 when three guys connected over a Facebook group for local musicians. With no way to play live–it was the Pandemic Times, of course–they focused on playing covers and looking for a cohesive sound.
This single was an international affair requiring work in Rome, London, and Los Angeles. If you’re into groups like Inhaler, Queens of the Stone Age, and Royal Blood, there may be something here for you. Cool video, too.
